I got this to put in my car as my old radio was beyond repair. It's tiny but it packs a punch. Put it in the car, checked the SWR and put out a call, I was getting replies from over 20 miles and hitting them with a 7-9.

It arrived before the stated time (very pleased about that) A day early better than a day late. It was well packed. But the best bit is its build quality and sound. It performs as well as my desk CB radio although it is one third its size.. If you want a small quality radio to fit in a car and space is a problem GO FOR IT!!!

a great little radio that fits into my new Suzuki vitara
it has a great sound and the new mike lots better then the older mike easy controls and easy to set up the right freqs and it does what it say on the box and came very well wrapped

Excellent Unit. Got out to Callington in Cornwall from Plymstock, (20 miles approx), which is excellent with just a mag mount antenna on a table in back garden

Well I brought this little radio from Thunderpole last month before I went up to Lake district on holiday and needed a small compact CB radio to fit in my mums car so we could be in contact, saw the reviews for this radio and sounded good, once I got out of the box I noticed the good build quality and the radio checks I got from homebases 10/12 miles away said cracking audio, so 10 out 10 Thunderpole.

Purchased the Thunderpole T-800 after many years being away from CB.
Tested it on Jubilee Tower,Lancaster.
First call-out got a Breaker from Blackburn.
Report back very clear loud audio and good Signal, he returned very loud and clear.
Was amazed at the Sound quality of the Speaker.
Was using The Thunderpole Supa Nova Antenna
Very happy both with purchase.
