We make every effort to make sure that you will be pleased with your purchases from Thunderpole, however we realise that sometimes things do go wrong so please follow the procedure below if you feel you need to return something to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If you receive items that appear to be damaged in transit, this needs to be reported ASAP (within 2 days) click here to contact us, we will then advise you on which steps to take next. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged you must sign for the parcel as 'Damaged' with the carrier.
Items faulty on ArrivalEx-Display/Refurbished Products
If you find that the goods are faulty when you receive them, you have 28 calendar days to inform us. All returned items must have an RMA number otherwise they will be refused, click here to contact us and get an RMA number. They must also be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Once we receive the item and our engineers have verified the fault we will then issue a replacement, however if our engineers find the item is not faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items faulty within the Warranty Period
If your item has developed a fault after 28 days but before the end of its warranty period then you are entitled to a warranty repair. All returned items must have an RMA number otherwise they will be refused, click here to contact us and get an RMA number. Items may be returned without packaging/documentation, but when you contact us we will inform you what we will need to be returned. Our engineers may be able to repair the item, however if they cannot they may replace it with an identical refurbished product in the same condition or better, however if our engineers find the item is not faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the return carriage.
Ex-display and refurbished products come with a 90 day warranty. Please see the paragraph above (Items faulty within the Warranty Period) to find out the procedure for returning faulty items.
Headsets/Ear Piece+Mics/Acoutic Mics
Any headsets, ear pieces, earpiece/mics and motorcycle headsets are covered by a 6 month warranty against general wear and tear.
Consumer Contracts Regulations
If you have received your items and have changed your mind, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item must be 'as new' and must not be used, it must also be in all original packaging with all original documentation. If items are returned without original packaging or documentation a 25% handling charge will be applied. All items must be returned at your expense and refunds will be issued to your original payment method, all returned items must have an RMA number otherwise they will be refused, click here to contact us and get an RMA number.
