Thunderpole T-3000 | CB 27 MHz AM/FM Mobile Transceiver
The Thunderpole T-3000 CB radio is a unique CB radio with a front speaker design that can be mounted almost anywhere. If you want a versatile CB radio that performs extremely well and also has user friendly features such as a large 7 colour dimmable display, backlit buttons, auto-squelch, scan function and 8 frequency bands that are available at the touch of a button, then the T-3000 is for you.
The T-3000 comes pre-set to the UK channels and is DIN sized for easy dash mounting. It has advanced features such as VOX facility, 2 pin hands-free capability, AM/FM switching, 12v / 24v auto-switching and key-lock.

A speedy dispatch from thunderpole, which is great. The radio itself has a nice sound out of the front mounted speaker and is easy to go through the controls which is nice, it is quite a heavy unit bearing in mind its size but that might be a good thing as in the build quality. Early days, but I hope it turns out to be a reliable radio lasting many years.

The T-3000 is an excellent radio surpassing all expectations. I've received very positive audio reports as well. The front facing speaker's sound quality is very good - no need for an external speaker. There is seamless button press operation between UK FM to EU FM to EU FM then back to UK FM.
This radio is ideal for mobile operation and is a pleasure to use - highly recommended.

Excellent compact CB radio, I bought three of these radios for my work vehicles, good clear audio, the auto squelch is a great feature.

This installation is part of a long term vehicle restoration and enhancement. Thunderpole provided excellent advice and additional information regarding my proposed purchase. The items arrived very quickly once I had made the decision and are exactly as described and expected. I hope to have the vehicle out of the garage and running so that I can test the system soon.

I'm not normally one to gush, but wanted to drop you a quick email.
Whilst awaiting the few additional bits I ordered to tidy the coax run, I've set up the gutter mount, mounted the radio etc, SWRd at 1.6ish, went up a nearby hill and did a radio check with someone I found on a channel c. 12-15 miles away as the crow flies, which being new to CB absolutely amazed me!
Very, very pleased and the t3000 is great.
