Just got my 1.5m 'Orbiter SS' antenna and it's now fitted to my Landrover Defender 90. It is running with an old (yet reliable and crystal clear) Uniden 200 CB, with both UK and EU frequecies.
What can I say?
The difference the antenna has made is unbelievable!!! I'm picking up people from all over the place! I drove up a big hill here in East Yorkshire and was chatting to some guy in Frankfurt!
I've recommended this antenna to a mate of mine with a VW Transporter so he's gonna get one off you when he's back from the Isle Of Man TT races.

The new range of 'SS' antennas by Thunderpole are the only 100% corrosion resistant steel CB antennas available. The Orbitor SS is a high performance antenna that has a heavy duty coil and whip both manufactured from 100% Stainless Steel.

We have also reinforced the connecting parts and added an extra grub screw to give this antenna added strength and durability, making it ideal for even the most demanding situations. It will work on most vehicles and the SWR is pre-tuned.
