	Thunderpole 5 \| CB 25-30 MHz AM/FM Homebase Antenna The 'Thunderpole 5' is a 5th generation high performance base station antenna. The top section has a tunable whip which can be trimmed to suit your desired frequency band and the total bandwidth (with tuning) is 5 MHz, from 25 to 30MHz. The usable frequency band makes it ideal for use on the CB and 10 metre band as well as DX'ing. The construction is fibreglass and it is made from 3 sections with a top stainless steel whip. The total length (including the whip) is 18 feet. The robust weatherproof fibreglass design means you can enjoy many years of use from this high spec Thunderpole antenna.

So far my review/ Easy construction and its quality built for the price and the cutting of the whip was straight forward they even give you a guide which I found spot on.

It receives 1-2 spoints better then the A99 and transmits the same 1-2 s points (local) so not a mind blowing improvement but never the less better.

What i did find it tunes on bascially the same bands as the A99 Happydays well I shall have to give it some DX work now,Cheers Thuderpole it rivals and beats an A99 handsdown
